Topic Recovery/resolution Ordering resolution measures

If the conditions for resolution are met (FOLTF, public interest, no alternative measures), the resolution authority is responsible for issuing a resolution order and determining resolution measures.

A resolution order is issued in accordance with section 137 (1) sentence 1 of the German Recovery and Resolution Act (Sanierungs- und AbwicklungsgesetzSAG) in the form of a general administrative act that has to be publicly disclosed in order to become effective. The latter is effected by public notification of the enacting terms of the resolution order.
